About Me.

Hi there! I'm Trilok Mantha, and I've been in the hotel business for over 26 years now. I started out in food and beverage and worked my way up to become a General Manager.

I've been lucky enough to work at some great places like Green Park Hotels, Arka Haailand, TAJ and V Convention... Over the years, I've done some cool stuff:

  • Ran a huge Navy party for 4000 people
  • Put on lots of food festivals - over 55 in just a few years!
  • Brought in big business - once booked events worth over 2 Crore in just 6 months

I really love what I do, especially when it comes to training staff and making sure our guests have a great time. Whether it's a big event or just day-to-day hotel stuff, I'm all about making things run smoothly and keeping everyone happy.

Orchestrated a grand Navy Ball for 4000 guests, managing everything from catering to entertainment. The event was lauded for its flawless execution and attention to detail, setting a new standard for large-scale functions. 07-04-2002.

Organized an exclusive gala dinner attended by numerous Bollywood celebrities. Oversaw all aspects from menu curation to privacy measures, resulting in an unforgettable evening that garnered positive media attention.

Led the catering operations for an international cricket match, serving thousands of spectators and VIP guests. Managed multiple food stations and ensured quick service without compromising on quality, receiving accolades from the cricket board. 2011 worldcup.

Honored with the prestigious Best Achiever Award by the Vice President of Green Group of Hotels. This recognition came after consistently exceeding revenue targets, implementing innovative guest service programs, and achieving the highest customer satisfaction scores across the group's properties for three consecutive years.

Curated and executed over 55 food festivals in just 3.5 years, showcasing cuisines from around the world. These events not only boosted hotel revenue but also put our venue on the map as a culinary destination.

Successfully planned and executed catering for a massive Rotary International Seminar, serving over 25,000 attendees across multiple venues. This logistically complex operation involved coordinating with numerous suppliers, managing a large workforce, and ensuring consistent food quality and service across all locations. The event's success led to multiple repeat contracts with Rotary International.
